No. You’ll be in a deeply relaxed state, but fully aware and able to recall the session afterward. It’s similar to the feeling of being absorbed in a book or movie.
Many clients experience profound change after just one session. However, some issues—especially those with multiple layers—may benefit from a series of 2–3 sessions.
Even if you feel you're not "deep" in hypnosis, RTT® can still be highly effective. The depth of trance isn't as important as your willingness and openness to the process.
At the end of your session, you'll receive a custom audio recording designed to rewire new beliefs and behaviors into your subconscious. Listening to this for 21–30 days is a crucial part of the process to ensure lasting transformation.
Yes! RTT® sessions are just as effective online via Zoom as they are in person. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a strong internet connection.
Yes, RTT can be adapted for younger clients and is often very effective in helping with school anxiety, confidence, fears, bedwetting, and more. Parental involvement is usually required.
Come with an open mind and a clear idea of the issue you’d like to resolve. Avoid caffeine before the session and make sure you’re in a quiet, uninterrupted space (especially for online sessions).
