Yoga for ADHD, Anxiety & Every Body

Weekly Class

Yoga isn’t just a workout — it’s a lifeline for your nervous system. If you live with ADHD or anxiety, you know how hard it can be to slow down, quiet the mind, or feel at home in your body. That’s where yoga becomes a powerful ally.

Through gentle movement, intentional breathwork, and mindfulness practices, yoga helps soothe an overstimulated nervous system, increase focus, reduce impulsivity, and restore emotional balance. It teaches you to meet yourself where you are, with compassion. We will practice a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, movement, and breathwork to calm and center the mind and wind down for the day.

🌀 For ADHD:
Yoga builds the mind-body connection that’s often disrupted in ADHD. It supports executive functioning, improves self-awareness, and promotes self-regulation, without judgment.

💛 For Anxiety:
Whether anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, tight muscles, or shallow breath, yoga gives you tools to anchor back into the present moment. Each pose becomes a reminder that it’s safe to breathe, to feel, and to be.

Yoga is for EVERY body.
You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or “good” at yoga. You just need to show up. My classes are designed to be inclusive, trauma-informed, and accessible to all bodies, abilities, and life stages — especially those who feel like they’ve never “fit in” before. 

Sound bath & guided meditation

Experience Deep Relaxation and Inner Stillness

Sound baths and guided meditation offer a powerful way to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Using gentle frequencies, healing tones, and soothing guided practices, I help you quiet mental chatter, let go of tension, and access a space of peace within.

Whether you're joining online or in person, each session is a supportive container for grounding, restoration, and emotional reset—no experience needed, just a willingness to receive and relax.
